Ok, I admit it - I'm 38 years old but I keep forgetting I'm not 25. Actually I'd give anything in the world to go back to being 27 again...if I could live the months of December 1994 and January 1995 over again my entire life would be different now. Sure my life is pretty good now, I'm engaged to the most wonderful man and I'm healthy and I have a great job but there's a big hole in my heart that will probably never get fixed because of those two months of my life. Check out one of my favorite things: It's a band - The Calling! First I fell in love with a song I heard them play at the Olympics but now that I have their CDs I love all their songs! I'm not usually one that gets into the new band scene but these guys have a sound and lyrics that speaks to me. So, if you're looking for something new.....

I've been meaning to get this following banner up on my site for years! I've been an Elfquest fan for about 20 years now [ holy cow - am I that old?!?!?!?!   well....the fact that I just said holy cow could mean something......but I swear I'm only 38!    ;-) ]. The art is simply amazing by itself but the whole package is incredible.

Who am I really? For one thing, I'm a geek girl. I finally admit that. After reading through a lot of definitions flying around the net it's kinda hard for me to have plausible deniability about the subject. But you know what? I may be a geek but I'm a geek with a damn big mouth!

Heh, heh, heh, just ask my co-workers! Ok, ok, so I like to argue. Is that a sin? Especially being that my first love is the law? But did *I* get into law school? Nooooooooo...just because I didn't have my head screwed on straight when I was an undergraduate and therefore got a C average GPA. But, hey, HEY! There's more to the story... before you write me off as a dim-bulb. I got an A average GPA for my Master's Degree. So there!

Anyway, more about me. I, watch way too much tv: current favorites are Dead Like Me, SG-1, Stargate Atlantis, CSI (the original one - Vegas baby!), Lost, and who could leave out 24?? and to wrap up this weird compilation of things, I still love cartoons (have you seen Invader Zim??? DAMN them for cancelling it!!). As for movies, I'm sure you'll have no trouble believing I love anything LOTR related.

But I really love Aragorn too!
